SOHO TreeTops 3.6 Standard is the 3.6 x 10 m layout, 36 m2 land and 92.4 m2 building across three floors with an alfresco ground floor and a backyard. The stair configuration supports the multiple key feature, with separate signage per floor.

Power is 5,500 VA, water is treated by Park Serpong, with a second floor balcony and a backyard enclosed by a 2.2 m wall. The third floor can be taken as a full floor or a void with two bedrooms.
