Originals

Originals is the cluster that carries Park Serpong's launch DNA, the Phase 1 release of XYZ Livin and Cendana Livin that opened the township in late 2023 and recorded over 2,000 NUP (Nomor Urut Pemesanan / reservation queue numbers) before sales windows closed. The product mix established the format vocabulary, Livin-series labels with frontage and bedroom-count modifiers, that has since been carried through every Park Serpong phase.

All Originals stock has been delivered. This cluster page preserves the lineage within the Park Serpong portfolio and provides reference for current owners.
