Infinite Collection

Infinite Collection is Park Serpong Phase 8, located inside the new Crafte’ Park @ Palisade Hills cluster. It expands the township into six new Crafted Livin product lines, each shaped around a different stage of family and lifestyle.

The collection introduces ten unit types ranging from compact 1-bedroom homes for first-time owners to four-bedroom three-storey homes for growing families. Every unit is built with a typical 6.5 m ROW (right-of-way) street, underground utilities (power, telephone, TV, internet), and a 2,200 VA electrical install. Water comes from a kawasan WTP and waste through a STP. Standard, Corner Badan, and Corner Sudut variants are offered across the line.

Infinite is being sold via Priority Pass before grand launching, with KPR Early Bird pricing starting from Rp 330 million. Each Crafted Livin product carries four Property Award titles from 2024 and 2025, including Best Choice Housing Project (Kabupaten Tangerang), Best Choice Millennial Home Design, Best of the Best Zillenial Housing Project (Kabupaten Tangerang), and Innovative Housing Project of the Year 2025. Handover is targeted 18 months from booking with a 6-month grace period.
