The Originals tier of Funtastic Four is occupied by XYZ Livin, the entry-level viral product line that opened Park Serpong in Phase 1 and was brought back in Phase 4. Three type variants are available: X7, Z6, and Z6B. Indicative early-bird pricing starts at IDR 380 million.

XYZ Livin is Park Serpong's most affordable format and the line that first established the township's visual identity. The Phase 4 release carries the same modern minimalist vocabulary that drove the original 2,000+ NUP reservation queue, refreshed with current spec and finish updates.
