Funtastic Four

Funtastic Four is Park Serpong's Phase 4 release, launched in January 2025 with four product tiers structured as a deliberate price ladder: Originals (XYZ Livin entry-level), Deluxes (Q Livin mid-tier), Suites (Cendana Grand Suites premium), and Premium (BlackStar Homes flagship). Prices span from IDR 380 million for the entry XYZ Livin early-bird unit to roughly IDR 1.9 billion for the BlackStar Homes premium four-bedroom residence.

The Funtastic Four product mix was built around a single insight from the previous three Park Serpong phases: buyers wanted clearly differentiated tiers within the same cluster, not a single product family with cosmetic variants. Each of the four tiers carries a distinct facade vocabulary, distinct floor-plate logic, and a distinct price band, so households at different life stages and budgets can co-exist in the same neighbourhood without homogenising the streetscape.

The cluster carries the original viral XYZ Livin and Q Livin lines that drove the earlier Park Serpong phases, plus the premium Cendana Grand Suites and BlackStar Homes for buyers ready to step up.
