TreeTops 3.6R is the entry-depth (R) variant of the TreeTops Livin line, a three-storey, three-bedroom home over a Multifunction Room ground floor. The Standard unit is 3.6 x 11.5 m (41.4 m² land, 80.3 m² building); Corner Badan and Corner Sudut variants extend the land to 52.9 and 55.9 m² at the same building footprint.
