EcoPrime 9

EcoPrime 9 measures 9 x 36 metres on a 324 m² plot. The Standard layout delivers 178.25 m² of building area, expandable to 258.05 m² with the mezzanine option.

One unit serves warehouse, office, and showroom use together, with high concrete-based flooring and a white frontage. The largest model offers drive-in storage that fits a 40 ft container, and a 1.2 metre front fence facing Jl. Kuta Tandingan.

The mezzanine option adds a reinforced concrete stair with a 1.0 metre hollow steel railing. Water is supplied from the district WTP and electricity is 2,200 VA, upgradeable on request. Floors: Lantai 1 to 2 (Standard), Lantai 1 to 3 (With Mezzanine).
