The Hive @ Neo Patio

The Hive @ Neo Patio is the new business corridor of Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis, a commercial shophouse strip in the LCC central business district that connects The Patio and XYZ Neo precincts. Units come in two and three storey options, each built on the Multiple-Key principle with a separate entry, signage, and metered utilities per floor, so every level can be used or leased on its own.

Two models are offered. Model 2 Floor spans 4.5 x 13 m Standard (58.5 m² land, 85 m² building) and 7.5 x 13 m Corner (97.5 m² land, 109 m² building).
