The Hive @ CBD

The Hive @ CBD is a new three storey shophouse address on Jalan Orange County Boulevard, in the central business district of Lippo Cikarang next to the Central Park and directly across from the XYZ CBD residential. It sits close to the Cibatu and Cikarang Pusat toll gates, inside a township of about 3,000 hectares with more than 67,000 residents, 1,500 industries, and over 660,000 workers, a catchment that supports steady business and rental demand.

Every unit is built on the Multiple-Key principle. A separate entry with a direct staircase reaches the second and third floors, signage is separate per floor, and electricity, water, internet, and cable run on separate meters, so each level can run a different business or be leased on its own.
