
In order to strengthen public security and community order in the Tangerang area, LippoLand, through the Town Management Division (TMD) Lippo Village, has officially been designated as part of the quick response unit (URC). The URC will cover three operational areas: Kelapa Dua, Curug, and Legok.
The appointment ceremony took place at the integrated security post of Lippo Village, Jl. Imam Bonjol, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang, on Wednesday, November 12, at 3.30 p.m. The event was led by Police Chief of South Tangerang Resort, AKBP Victor D. H. Inkiriwang, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si, and attended by Executive Director of TMD Lippo Village, Danang Kemayan Jati, along with the TMD leadership team.
As part of its support for URC operations, TMD Lippo Village has provided one Satlantas patrol car and one container unit repurposed as the URC command post. This support aims to strengthen mobility, responsiveness, and preparedness of security personnel in handling emergency situations.
AKBP Victor D. H. Inkiriwang expressed his appreciation for the initiative, stating that collaboration between the police and area management such as TMD Lippo Village is a strategic example of synergy in creating a safe, orderly, and conducive environment.

Executive Director of TMD Lippo Village, Danang Kemayan Jati, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to maintaining the security and comfort of the township, emphasizing that safety is the foundation for residents’ comfort and daily activities.
The designation of TMD Lippo Village as part of the URC reflects strong collaboration between the private sector and law enforcement in strengthening the public security ecosystem. It also underscores Lippo Village’s commitment as a self-sustained township that prioritizes safety, order, and community well-being.
