Entering early 2026, LippoLand through its development area Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis reinforces the strategic direction of its Corporate Social Responsibility program as an integral part of building an inclusive and sustainable township. Beyond philanthropy, CSR is positioned as a creating shared value approach that delivers tangible impact for surrounding communities and the environment.
Throughout the first quarter of 2026, a range of initiatives has been implemented under the Lippo untuk Indonesia PASTI framework, which encompasses five key pillars: education, environment, social community, health, and local economic growth. This approach ensures that each program addresses immediate needs while contributing to long term solutions.
A rapid response to emergency situations marked the start of the year. In January 2026, assistance was distributed to residents affected by flooding in Sukatani, including essential supplies such as rice, eggs, canned fish, and drinking water, reflecting the company’s readiness to support communities during times of crisis.
In February, the program focus shifted toward strengthening social and religious life. Through the distribution of prayer equipment to several mosques in the Cikarang area, Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis contributed to supporting community worship activities.
During Ramadan in March, the company organized a communal iftar event with orphans at Pasar Central. More than 200 children received support, reinforcing social bonds between the township and surrounding communities.
In April, the program direction became more strategic by focusing on public health, particularly accelerating stunting reduction. Through training for approximately 100 community health volunteers from the Cibatu health center area, the initiative aimed to strengthen frontline healthcare capacity.

The training featured dr. Bernas Napitupulu, Sp.OG, a specialist from Metro Hospitals Cikarang, who delivered comprehensive education on child nutrition, anemia prevention, and the management of chronic energy deficiency in mothers. This initiative reflects both the health and education pillars and aligns with the national agenda to reduce stunting.
Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis, Lukas Budi Setiawan, emphasized that these initiatives are part of the company’s long term strategy to create measurable social impact.
“CSR is no longer an additional program, but has become an integral part of our sustainable business strategy. Through the Lippo untuk Indonesia PASTI framework, we aim to ensure that every initiative delivers measurable and relevant impact for the community,” he said.
With a more structured and sustainable approach, Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis remains committed to contributing to the development of healthier, more resilient, and independent communities, in line with the growth of a competitive township.
