Park Serpong has achieved remarkable milestones at a very young age, earning a distinguished place in the growth and development of Indonesia’s national property industry.
The 400-hectare new city in the heart of Serpong, developed by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR) through LippoLand, recently received two prestigious awards at the 2025 Golden Property Awards (GPA): The Legacy, organized by Indonesia Property Watch (IPW) and Rumah123. Park Serpong was named Project of the Year and Best of the Best Zillennial Housing, reaffirming its strong presence in the national property landscape.
As the development continues to grow, LippoLand remains committed to strengthening and enhancing Park Serpong as a residential area equipped with modern facilities that support a practical and high-quality lifestyle. David Iman Santosa, CEO of LippoLand, explained that the Enamaste Collection consists of six exclusive housing products: Bronze Alpha Livin, Silver Alpha Livin, TreeTops Alpha Livin, Gold Alpha Livin, GoldTops Alpha Livin, and Cendana Alpha Livin.
Cendana Alpha Livin is located in the Hillsdale cluster at Park Hills District, while Bronze Alpha Livin, Silver Alpha Livin, TreeTops Alpha Livin, Gold Alpha Livin, and GoldTops Alpha Livin are located in the Hillside cluster within the same district.
The Enamaste Collection offers 11 residential types, with land sizes starting from 31.4 square meters and building sizes from 35 square meters, up to 112 square meters for land and 110.8 square meters for buildings. Market prices range from IDR 506 million to IDR 1.601 billion per unit (excluding VAT).
As a special offer for future CityZen, LippoLand provides these units starting from IDR 397 million up to IDR 1.256 billion per unit (excluding VAT).
