PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk (GMTD), the developer of the Tanjung Bunga integrated township and a part of LippoLand, has received a prestigious award in the Real Estate Manager & Developer category at the 2025 Bisnis Indonesia Awards.
The award ceremony was held at The Westin Hotel, South Jakarta, under the theme “Resilience Towards Uncertainty”, which highlights companies with strong financial performance amid challenging economic conditions.
The award was accepted by GMTD President Director, Ali Said, in recognition of the company’s excellence not only in financial performance but also in governance, innovation, operations, and contribution to sustainable economic growth.

GMTD Chief Operating Officer, Jemmy Andreas, further explained that the company consistently applies Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles as the foundation for its long-term sustainable growth strategy.
He added that, with this recognition from the Bisnis Indonesia Awards and solid financial performance indicators, GMTD continues to strengthen its position as a leading developer in Indonesia, particularly in the eastern region. Sustainability-focused strategies and strong corporate governance remain at the core of the company’s operations.
For fiscal year 2024, GMTD recorded a net profit of IDR 136.94 billion, a 5.22% increase compared to the previous year. At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on June 10, a portion of the profit was approved to be distributed as dividends to shareholders.
Backed by the dedication of its board of directors, management, and employees who worked hard through the challenges of 2024, as well as effective sales strategies and other supporting initiatives, GMTD also achieved excellent pre-sales performance.
