Today, Thursday, July 31, 2025, LippoLand officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Lentera National School Park Serpong, under the auspices of Pelita Harapan Group.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Dr. Stephanie Riady – Executive Director of Pelita Harapan Group, Ferdinand Gunawan – Chief Business Development Officer of Pelita Harapan Group, Richard M – Chief Financial Officer of Pelita Harapan Group, Firman Rusli – Chief Project Officer of Pelita Harapan Group, David Iman Santosa – CEO of LippoLand, Jopy Rusli – CMO of LippoLand, along with management representatives from both Pelita Harapan Group and LippoLand.

Lentera National School Park Serpong is part of the Pelita Harapan Group, a trusted Christian education network that has been shaping generations in Indonesia since 1993. Today, it has expanded to 54 cities and regions, serving more than 45,000 students — from early childhood education to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels.

Lentera National School Park Serpong offers holistic and transformative education that fosters critical and creative thinking through STEM and Project-Based Learning approaches. Supported by experienced educators, this system is designed to nurture students’ talents and character, preparing them for a successful and meaningful future.

Strategically located within Park Serpong, Lentera National School Park Serpong is scheduled for a grand launch on September 13, 2025, and will accommodate up to 2,000 students, ranging from kindergarten to senior high school.

Enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year at Lentera National School Park Serpong will open on September 13, 2025, for kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels.

Being part of the Pelita Harapan Group, Lentera National School Park Serpong represents a strategic step for LippoLand in providing quality education access right at the heart of Serpong, Tangerang.

Lentera National School Park Serpong also stands as a significant milestone, reinforcing that Park Serpong is not just a residential area, but a living ecosystem that unites comfort, quality, and the future of families. “The presence of Lentera National School Park Serpong is a tangible testament to our commitment to providing comprehensive facilities that support modern family lifestyles. We believe that an ideal home is not just about the house itself, but also about easy access to the best education,” said David Iman Santosa.

In addition to providing access to quality education, LippoLand continues to strengthen and enrich Park Serpong with modern facilities that support practical, high-quality living.

“Park Serpong has now grown into one of the most sought-after residential areas in Serpong. This is not only because of its strategic location but also because of the variety of facilities and its easy accessibility from multiple directions, including the Jakarta–Merak Toll Road, Jakarta–Balaraja Toll Road, and JORR W2 Toll Road,” added David Iman Santosa.

In the near future, Park Serpong will also welcome leading culinary partners such as Pangeran Mudo and others. This creates an exciting opportunity to live in Park Serpong — a residential area developed to meet the housing needs of millennials and younger generations.

At the GPA People’s Choice Awards 2024, Park Serpong was named “The Winner in Housing Project Kabupaten Tangerang” and “The Winner in Millennial Home Design.” The GPA People’s Choice Awards 2024 is the first and only property award in Indonesia that involves active consumer participation through a voting system.
