Job Description

  • Product Research & Selection: Identify and curate the best furniture and electronics (e.g., Hisense vs. TCL) that align with Maureno's brand and customer needs.

  • Pricing & Margin Strategy: Develop competitive pricing structures and calculate profit margins to ensure every "Top-Up" bundle is financially healthy and attractive

  • Vendor Strategic Planning: Coordinate with suppliers to secure exclusive deals, early access to new models, and volume discounts.

  • Monetization & Revenue Exploration: Identify new ways to generate revenue, such as "Premium Upgrades," extended warranty partnerships, or maintenance subscription fees.

  • Customer Program Development: Design and test loyalty programs, voucher schemes (like the "Unit ke-2" reward), and promotional bundles to drive sales.

Job Requirement

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and new product opportunities

  • Proactive Market Intelligence: ability to independently hunt for product info - from visiting physical stores (mystery shopping), watching reviews, to analyzing brochures and social media.

  • Commercial Awareness: Understands the basic concept of profit vs. revenue and why margins matter.

  • Intellectual Curiosity: a natural "product geek" who proactively stays updated on the latest home interior trends without being asked.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in product development or product management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
